DOUBLE S POSURE PHOTOGRAPHY

Stan (Sr.) and Stan (Jr.) Wojtaszek are a father and son photography team, originally from the northwestern Ontario region of Canada. Both were born and raised in Balmertown, ON., a small mining community, subsequently relocating to the Kawartha Lakes area in 2010. Since November, 2010, Stan Sr. has spent most of his time in Baie Verte, Newfoundland and will, in all likelyhood, become a permanent resident. Through the wonders of the internet, father and son can still enjoy and share their photography, even though it has become a long distance relationship.

Stan Sr. received his first camera at the age of twelve and began a life long journey with the craft. Stan Jr. began at the age of eight but it took another fourteen years before he was seriously infected by the bite of the shutter bug.

Long time residents of the north, we developed a love of the outdoors and an appreciation for the diversity mother nature provides. Photography became a natural extension of our vision; a vehicle for us to capture what we see and a means of sharing those images with others.

Sometimes it's the vista that moves us, other times it's just a small fraction of the whole.

Beauty and nature surround each and every one of us. All we have to do is stop, look, listen, and above all, enjoy.
